Like the title says im in some need of assistance. I have a 6ft 150 gallon aquarium standard aquarium with just one middle brace. Im currently running the coralife pro fixture with the 3-250 watt metal halides and power compacts. My problem is the middle halide is directly over the middle brace which really cuts down on the light getting into the tank on that lamp. Ive been considering buying a new fixture for a while now. My problem is I wanna stick with metal halides in a fixture.Im looking for a 6ft fixture with only 2-400 watt metal halides and some atinics but i can seem to find anything like that on the market. Does anyone know of a company that produces a fixture like this?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Never seen one - I don't think two halides are usually considered sufficient to cover a 6 ft tank. Have you considered going the other way ..... I think Oceanlight makes a 5 bulb fixture - 3 x 250 and 2 x 150 ..... the spacing for 5 bulbs should eliminate any of them being over your center brace.

Thanks guys, I was really hoping that someone would know of a company who made one. I currently have a 3-250 watt mh fixture design.I feel confident that 2-400 watt halides with some good atinic suplementation should better considering i am only running 2 of my mh's right now because of the brace. Thanks for the quick responses.
