@Vivid Creative Aquatics hi I recently did an 80g build. The output is not a nozzle but PVC. I would like to get a nozzle but not sure what attachments to get. I will send pics of the size that I would need. The first picture is where I would put the new VCA nozzle, and second pic is the pvc that is currently there. Thanks in advance

Not too sure, my LFS owner did the build. But the pic with the measuring tape is the male part that goes into the first pic…. Sorry I’m terrible at this stuff . So that’s 1 inch diameter that goes into the female lol ( geez)

That second image looks like the 45deg elbow FEMALE part - in which case i would call this 1/2in PVC, but if that is in fact a MALE fitting, then I would call it closer to 3/4in PVC - LOL
Are there any marking on the part? there will ussualy be some indication what size PVC it is.
Either way - we do have schl 40 PVC pipe adapters that work
That second image looks like the 45deg elbow FEMALE part - in which case i would call this 1/2in PVC, but if that is in fact a MALE fitting, then I would call it closer to 3/4in PVC - LOL

The piece that is currently attached is a one inch male. Im not sure what is all that I need from you guys but it would need to be 1 inch male. I hope this makes better sense and I appreciate the help. If you could tell me exactly what to buy from your site that’d be awesome!

That las image did the trick - so definitely 3/4in Schl 40 PVC.
We actually just released a brand new line of adapters called a "Multidapter" that is a perfect fit for this plumbing scenario - so your time in good.
The Multidapter™ will allow you to add a modular hose connector directly to pipes, pipe sockets, bulkheads and other fittings, without glue, tape or modifications to the pipe.
Specifically , for your 3/4in PVC pipe socket, you can use our Multidpater 2530 Series. These are available in both 3/4in and 1in Modular hose sizes. My guess is you will want the 3/4in Loc-Line size.
The Multidapter will inset directly into the female pipe socket as indicated below. You can keep that extra elbow you're holding in your photos or eliminate it for simplicity
Once the Multidapter is installed, you can then add Loc-Line.
For instance if you wanted to add a single 3/4in RFG Nozzles - this is what you would need:

THANK YOU SO MUCH, how confusing, it says 3/4 but when I measure it’s a 1 inch diameter on the skinny end of that fitting (male end) Any how this is super helpful and much apppreciated. Here is a picture of my return pump. I have an 80g DT AND 40 g breeder sump. THANKS AGAIN!

Yeah - plumbing can be confusing. As a rule of thumb - schel 40 PVC dimensions, generally refer to the inner diameter of the pipe. 3/4in PVC pipe will have an inner diameter (ID) off 3/4in. the OD, or outer diameter will vary. Pipe sockets (or female fitting) like on the elbow part you have where the pipe fits into it, will then have an ID that matches the OD of the pvc pipe it fits – so that’s not a reliable way of measuring schl 40 PVC
Metric pip on the other hande is different. Matric pipe is used in most of Europe and on most of the manufactured tanks (Red Sea, Cade, Waterbox, etc) that are not made here in the US. Metric pipe dimensions generally refer the OD, or outer diameter. For example, 25mm pipe will have an outer diameter of 25mm. The ID will vary based on it’s pressure rating.
All very confusing, and there is more to it, but I’m sure that more than you really want to o know anyway – LOL
So – based on your pump you could run the single 3/4in RFG for a softer, less punchy flow, or you could step down to the 1/2in RFG for a stronger, more punchy randomized flow. Either one will work. if you doing mostly softies, then I would suggest the 3/4in in this case.
If however you do want that stronger wave-make like flow, then the 1/2in is the way to go here, based on your pump.

That looks like Innovative Marine Dual outlet setup - our 1/2in Flex Series should attach to the end (where the flare nozzles are), but we don't have an adapter that will work in your scenario from the 3/4in PVC pipe to that sort of fitting. if it where genuine Loc-Line, then we could do it, but unfortunately it is not.
based on your pump, I honestly think you would be better off with a single RFG, but if you do want to split it, its easy enough to do using genuine Loc-Line parts

Hello! I got my order today and attached it to the PVC pipe. It’s pretty nice! However it does often spew out micro pretty fast. Any ideas, it seemed like a tight fit

Most likely drawing in air form the back through the eductors
You'll want to ensure they are below the water and there are few things you can follow in terms of how they are position to help mitigate air bubbles.
Take a look at this and let me know if it helped
If you still have issue, - post a photo of the RFG and how you have it installed/positioned. Also include the estimated GPH you are providing the RFGs.
