he's not been happy the past 3 weeks :/ I've done everything... hoping giving him a dip will help! Do you have one? Is that a HelioFungia? In the bottom left?
Sure is! Nice spothe's not been happy the past 3 weeks :/ I've done everything... hoping giving him a dip will help! Do you have one?
Heliofungai is quite a tricky coral; they like lower light, and medium flow. Is yours placed on the sand bed? Is there an air bubble trapped under his scelleton? (when you first put him in you have to turn him upside down to ensure no air gets trapped. It can damage the skin, and get infected and adventually die) I would do some reading on heliofungai my friend; that's is one that you must read about onlineYes but he refuses to open up! He was partially open the first day then I had a peppermint shrimp irritating him so I banned Them from my DT but now I can't get them to open. Is he is High or low Light? Flow?

Good news on the move! Hopefully he can find somewhere he enjoysYes he is on the sand bed and I actually did know about the bubble. Their is no bubble but he is in medium light with moderate flow. He was just moved to a less flow today so we will see if it is any better tomorrow. I appreciate the advice!
