I'm running a poly pad, chemi pure, cheato and some rubble in mine right now. Not sure if that is the preferred but it seems to be working for us.

I've used a bag of rox mixed with gfo. Pretty much the same results as the chemipure.

What's your experience running marine pure spheres? Which chamber are they in?

Currently, I'm running filter floss in the top, Chemipure Blue in the middle, and the bottom chamber is empty. I've had an inTank basket since they first came out, so I've tried many combinations over the years. For a while, I had a fuge in the middle with a submersible light, but it's not really enough room to amount to much. The combination I ran with for the longest period of time was CPE, Purigen, and floss, but CPB did away with my need for Purigen.
