In tank overflow - black pvc pipe

I am getting ready to plumb my predrilled tank. I'd like to have black pvc pipe inside the internal overflow so I don't have to stare at a white herbie drain and emergency drain when viewing from the side of the tank. Seems that Lowe's and Home Depot only have white pvc. Is there water safe spray paint if it paint the pipes black that are in the overflow?

You can paint it with the spray paint for plastic. I would get black PVC myself. Home depot has it online. People build furniture out of it.
