In wall build- help!

I hired someone to help me with an in wall build. Dude keeps screwing around and putting me off and I just want to get it done.
I’m in a mobile home and the wall studs are 1.5x2.5. The tank will sit on 3 of those, but I’m gonna add some 2x4s in the corners and one in the middle. I’m a newbie at this. What am I supposed to attach the 2x4s to? Obviously not the sheet rock lol
It’s 180 gallons 72x25x24
The stand is 23 inches and I plan to put the other 2 inches onto the 2x4s in the wall
Having a hard time finding a video on this.
Do I take the bottom 1.5x2.5s out and just build a frame and attach it to the stand through the sheet rock?
Or take out the bottom panel on one side completely and add on to the stand?

With the mobile home it can create some extra challenges . but your over thinking everything..
To make it easier.. Build a free standing stand for your tank to sit on... Cut the hole in the wall From top of this stand to the top of the tank... Slide the pre built stand up against the wall and level it as you normally would.. Slide the tank onto the stand . Trim the wall as needed for cosmetic appearance . Other then framing a header and window seal in the wall opening You should not mess with the wall. The stand will support the tank. This takes some of the anxiety you are experience out.. .

Just be sure the floor where the tank will be sitting can support the tank.. This is something that you need someone onsite to help you with by determining where the tank is from the beam and how many joist its setting on. Generally Floor Structure on a Mobile home is VERY STRONG. The Sub floor material however is VERY WEAK as its particle board . NOT OSB OR PLY Like in normal home construction..

Thanks. I do plan to get a real professional to come look at the floors before adding water. I will try to mess with the stand this weekend and will probably ask here. I know how to use power tools and whatnot but I’m wondering what type of wooden 2x4s to use cause I don’t know anything about wood. Home Depot has 2x4 stud wood, would that be sufficient?

You need to get a real professional opinion before proceeding any farther. As an actual real professional contractor, I would automatically have serious doubts about having a 2000# glass box of water sitting on an average trailer floor.
