Started just on the fins but small white dots have showed up on the body now. I don’t think it’s icy because it’s not like “salt” and more like cauliflower. The dots dot fall off but have slowly progressed, another reason I think it’s lepto.

How long have the spots on his side been there? Everything else looks like lympho, not an issue typically unless it covers the mouth or gills. Good water quality, varied diet, and supplements can all help him get over it. You could also try omega-3 fish oils.

Spots on sides developed about a week ago. Fish is super active eating loves the clown so I think it’s good lepto just wanted to get some other opinions. And the spots on the sides are where the fins hit the body.
