I had a similar issue. Some of the stuff shipped from the states, while the other stuff came directly from China. I had good luck communicating through their website "chat" option.

It might help to put that on the order page. Not meant as a criticism, most companies do not charge for items that have not shipped?There are times when we are out of stock in the states, forcing products to ship from China. Also we don't stock any of the light shades in the states, just a heads up to all

I placed an order on their website Feb 7th and haven't heard anything since!? Is that normal?
