You are just giving a ratio of two ingredients that either alone, or any ratio of the two, is a perfectly suitable alkalinity supplement.

there is nothing magic about that ratio, nor is it especially desirable.

Sodium carbonate when added will initially increase ph so is better for small doses with dosing pump.
Sodium bicarbonate will very slightly decrease ph and is better for larger periodic adjustments.

The concentration in the dosing solution makes no difference (as long as it isn't so high it won't dissolve) but if you make one of the alkalinity solutions in this article you can use the calculator below:
