Increase nitrate

No fish 250l system, a lot of corals. Planting to add fish but need to keep it fish free for 76 days due to ich. My nitrate whent to zero, only fleesroll no skimmer running. threw a natural scampi into the sump, do you think this will increase the nitrate when it starts to rot? tried to add some pellets, but it doesn't help anything 0 amoni, 0 nitrite 0 nitrate

No idea, but plan B should be some kind of supplement.

Without fish, your corals would benefit from some ammonia input. Check out dosing ammonia (Ammonium Carbonate or Ammonium Chloride Solution). That will supply the ammonia the corals need and eventually boost nitrate levels.
