I have heard of people running skimmer lines outside to raise PH. Could I do the same with a line to the garage? Its right on the other side of the wall from the tank and we dont park cars in the garage at all.
Right now 8.0 is as high as ive seen my PH. Is this ok and I should just live with it?

I am in the process of setting up an AWC for 2 of my tanks in 2 different locations, both will feed from the garage + 2 outside lines,.. figuring out where to pull fresh air from, I would imagine it would be better than inside the dwelling, but probably not as good as really outside... I'd imagine the air gaps in the garage door are much bigger than any leaks in the house...

If a car was to ever to be in the garage of even temporarily in the garage, wonder what the car exhaust could do to the tank :/

There would never be a car in the garage. I do have motorcycles but they are never started in the garage.
I really cant run a line outside, it would have to be very long to get to an outside wall.
