Has anyone checked these out. Supposedly they use electrolysis to create pure O2. They use them to increase the O2 in the water for hydroponically growing "tomatoes". I wonder if a few of these sitting in your sump, or feeding into a skimmer would increase O2 levels, and if that would actually help with growth or health. Thoughts?!

Use in a well ventilated area. It uses electrolysis to break the water into hydrogen and oxygen. Most of the oxygen will be absorbed back into the water but the hydrogen bubbles out. Hydrogen gas is EXTREMELY flammable. If you were to put this in your sump, in a closed area, the hydrogen might build to the level where a spark would cause an explosion. I would do a lot more research before I put one of these in my house.

Also, it is designed for fresh water so I would also find out how salt would effect it.

LOL. Yea, those must be some nice "tomatoes" they are growing.....

Oxydators way to go.
