How fast can you increase PAR levels? I.e. is a 30, 40, 50 etc PAR jump too much at one time?

I would go as slow as you can.
50 may not be a problem in an overall tank intensity increase.
50 on one channel may.
Moving a coral from
The bottom to the top , I've and others have jumped it up More than 50.

I didnt realize how much the innovative marine screen was actually blocking. I’m going to lower the light 1/4” or so a week I guess. That seemed about an increase of 10
