I was thinking I might receive instructions on how I may resolve my issues in response to my message. Instead, I received, "please give me a call". Marco spent his Sunday morning showing me that my Profilux had reconnected itself to my new router, he then upgraded my firmware and re-calibrated the buttons on the unit. I have not personally ever experienced customer support like that and I am very appreciative. I will definitely be purchasing more GHL products in the future.
