Indenpendent power head controller

What is the easiest way to control 4 powerheads individually on four differ timmers? I was thinking of using four natural wave timers. I can use the reef keeper light for one of them. I would hate to buy three more RKL just for my powerheads.

So I would have a flow range from 0gph-3400-6800-10200-14400gph with 16 differ water flow patterns.
