Hi, I noticed these little brown (?) specs in my reef tank. They seem to like the light and look like they congregate and have been multiplying under the direct light. I took an image of it in my tank and under the microscope plus a video. Anyone have any idea what this is? Should I worry?

I think it died when I finally was able to capture video under the microscope. But it sort of moved, wriggled, and squirmed a bit like a little worm. Ugh, I also notice that I misspelled "identify" in the thread title

I hope not. It doesn't necessarily look like a flatworm from the other microscope pictures I search online. It's about the size of a copepod.

yep. flatworm.

Well nuts. Guess I'm glad I caught it relatively early. Now to scan the forums on how to deal with the little buggers.
