Tsa rules alow an exception to the liquid rules for live marine animals. You can simply take a urine cup and cooler on the plane. It def. Is not something tsa is use to so id have there stated rules ready. Mainly its just curiiousity at y this cup is worth the hassle. Gorgous piece hope this helps
