Indo gold torches. How much par can they take?

Just as the title says. How much par will an indo gold torch take?

I have mine in a good spot at 250par.
Considering adding another T5 bulb to my fixture, which will push that spot over 300. I don't really want to move it.

If doing well at 250 it will probably be just fine at 300. There are some that keep them in high light and they do just fine.
