When this first happened I thought there was a problem, after doing some research I found that porcupine puffers do this about once a month to clean out glands, I've now witnessed this about 6 times and the whole process only takes a few minutes

how long have you had it?

I've had him 5 years in September, he spent his growing out in a 4ft , he now lives in a redsea 525 with a snowflake eel and lion fish, has a big appetite but I keep him to every other day feeding,
