hello I saw this tiny looking snail that seems to be dragging a sac of some sort, has anyone come across this before?

Eggs, maybe? There's a freshwater fish that carries eggs in a similar manner . . .

Some kind of parasite, maybe?

Yeah, I really don't know. Stuff I've never seen before is part of my attraction to this hobby.
