1. Duncan Coral
2. he doesn't look good per say but you may just have to give him some more time, depends a lot on how long your tank has been running, flow, lights, params, etc.
3. I would feed him, as you can see he has a mouth so he will benefit from feedings. My personal preference is reef roids. I feed my entire tank about 1 tsp every week to two weeks. I also feed reef chili, brine, and phyto feast. For best results use a syringe to target feed him.

Hey guys so he opened up more but when I got home he closed again is he getting to much light? And how often should he be fed

What kind of lights is he under, I feed mine once a week but I have a 150 gal tank so my system can handle heavy feeding. If he is the only coral in your tank I would feed him 1-2 times a week.

duncans can very really picky... mine took about 2 weeks for me to find a spot for him that he would like but once he got settled in the thing took off and in just 3 months went from a little head to 7 heads :D

Dang I hope my can turn out that well and did you leave the plug on him? And if you removed it how and how to you keep him in one place and move him without touching him (I'm assuming it's not good for them)

Is he bending his "head" like that to get more light or is the current to strong making it lean? Sorry my first coal

sorry for the late reply, yes I did remove it from the frag plug. I used super glue to mount it where I wanted but I made sure to use enough that I could pop it off at any time in case it had to be moved without hurting the coral.

here is a photo of when I was moving him around... you can see at the base there is a lot of glue

This is what it looks like now... It has heads going all around it but are covered up a lot by the 1 big one
