Hi there, i hope you al doing ok.
This green and red stuff has grown inside back muy tank, is it a bacteria or is normal or what.
Im a begginer. And after all my fish died from brooklynella, some of you told me to leave the tank with no fish for about 2 months and that's what I'm doing.

Also my live rock when I brought it, it has like brown hair or algae all over it but now looks more like a dry rock.
Help please.

Its an algae that could later form into cyano and your pics just disclosed the source- Your windows.
Any tank at aor near a window will suffer algae issues, thermal issues( added heat during warm months and cold draft during cold months. UV rays are strong and can and will penertrate shades and blinds.
I always recommend taking the side facing the windows and cover with black construction paper from stationery section at walmart (92 cents) which is also water resistant. I use this very paper for backgrounds.
You may also add snails such as yurbo grazer, cerith, astrea, nassarius and nerite to keep this under control
