Inherited 300 gallon tank...weight?

Anybody know approx. weight of a 300 gallon glass aquarium? I know someone who is moving businesses and said if I can drain it and move it I can take it, if not it's being trashed. How many guys should bring? Would 6 guys be enough to safely handle it?

6 would be the minimum you should have. Also stop at a home Depot and get glass suction cup movers. The best ones they have. That will help a lot.

6 at a minimum, 8 would be better.
weight depends on how the tank was built.
My 200 is a rimless tank so has 3/4” sides and a 1” bottom so is much heavier than a non-rimless if the same size.
