I don’t know how “sensitive“ salt water tanks are compared to freshwater tanks but I feel like we are getting away with murder are freshwater tank because we’re not overly careful with our well water four water changes. So my question is for the initial set up of my new and first 40 gallon wide reef tank it’s dusty and has a little bit of pollen in it since I did a leak test outside. I’m assuming a simple vinegar spray and wipe down before I put sand and rock and Salt water and is perfectly fine.
