Injured Goby

Hello lovely people!
My watchman Goby has frayed fins and a red spot on his chin. I did recently add a solar dottyback and cleaner wrasse to the tank other than that nothing has changed. I have not seen aggression but that does not mean it isn't happening when I'm not watching. Any ideas what this is or how to treat? Yesterday I added Dr. Tims First Defense and gave the goby a methylene blue bath. Goby is eating normally and in his usual position in this rock.

Fish are well behaved when watching them, but as soon as you turn your back...

Frayed fins are usually a sign of aggression.

Can be aggression on the fins or coarse sand. The spot on the jaw looks like a healing injury from sifting sand which again appears to be coarse opposed to fine grain. Keep an eye on it for soreness. If it worsens, treatment will be Seachem neoplex in a separate quarantine tank
