Injured mushroom help

So a snail knocked over my shroom the other day and I just notice it's cut really badly half way through the stem where the tie string is. Can I do anything like cut and re glue to frag or something ( I don't know anything about cultivating/fragging coral)?

Is it still attached? My devils hand drops 1 or 2 frags a week and they attach on their own.
