Injury or illness?

Noticed dorsal fin damage on my YWG last night. No other issues with appearance, and behavior is completely normal. No known aggressive tank mates. He is paired with a Tiger Pistol Shrimp, so maybe the YWG got in the way of a snap? Quick retreat into his hole and damaged the fin?

Should i attempt any sort of treatment or just keep an eye on him?

I would keep an eye on him, and watch for extension/infection (redness, etc) - This looks more like injury/bullying from 'something'

I agree with @MnFish1 - unless there are other symptoms, (redness, growing fin damage, not eating, etc.) I would just watch it for now.
