Injury or parasite?

Please see attached pics. Ive had these flame females for about a week and have gone through two transfers for TTM.

Unfortunately, I woke up this morning to attached pics. Is this an injury (from heater) or some sort of parasite?

There are 3 flame wrasses in the tank.

I have antibiotics on hand - NFG, kanaplex, metro, furan

I havent dosed Prazipro since they didnt eat during the first transfer but are eating now.

Sure looks like a bacterial infection. I'd start dosing the Kanaplex + Metro + Furan2 asap. These things can go sideways really fast with wrasses.

The "trifecta" covers a wider range of bacterial infections. The meds themselves are fairly mild. Just follow the dosing schedule on the packages. Keep in mind antibiotics are very slow acting on fish. Dose for 10 days.

Big fan of NFG. I like to use it for those nasty "red sores" and some types of wounds. Works especially well on those problems on angels and butterflies.

thanks @Big G. Ill start with kanaplex, metro, and furan today. Hopefully shes still ok when i get home.
