Inkbird 306A Wifi temp controller

Hi Guys- some questions on the 306A that I'm sure you guys can help me with.
1. I am not getting notifications of alarms on my iPhone. I have the most updated app and notifications are turned on. Any suggestions? I emailed inkbird with no response.
2. This controller drops wifi a few times and I have to reconnect it, not sure why... the router is in the same room as the tank.

Have you tried disconnecting then adding the device again, mine too has just disconnected I believe there was an iPhone update, think that might be the reason for my disconnection.

Have you Amazon Alexa, you might get a better connection with that? Not sure if it can also connect with google probably does.edit just checked it does.
