Inkbird 308 Heating and Cooling help

Anyone using the Inkbird 308 for heating and Cooling? Just trying to figure out the setting to keep it around 79 degrees in the tank. I have a heater and fan plugged in. Where do my settings need to be?

I have mine set to 79 with a 1 degree cooling and heating differential. When temp > 79, my clip on fan kicks on, when it gets < 78, heaters kick on.
