Inkbird Temperature Controller stops recording 00:00-01:00?

I’ve noticed recently that my Inkbird 306A WiFi temperature controller stops recording the tempertaure on the graph between 00:00 and 01:00 consistently, most days.

I’m wondering if anyone else has one and has seen this? If so, how did you solve it?
