Innovative Marine 14 Gallon Peninsula AIO

Hey.. I've been a lurker, but I'm new to the forum. Just started building an IM 14. I started my tank this past February, but with a 6.25gal tank.. when I bought it, I was expecting a 13 gallon tank and I didn't ask for measurements (or measure it myself) before taking the Craigslist purchase home.. first mistake.. I found it too small to properly manage, also the shape of the tank caused some dead apots/algae problems.. so I went on the look for an upgrade and fell love in the with the 14 gallon peninsula tank. I plan on stocking with a Goby / Pistol pair, and I'm hoping the shape of the tank is harder for them to hide lol

Equipment as of right now..
IM 14 Gallon Nuvo tank
18" Orbit Marine Pro light
Cobalt MJ900 pump
Cobalt 50 watt heater
AUQA Gadget custom caddy on the way
Plan on ordering the random flow generator

Has ~10lbs dry rock from ReefCleaners, CaribSea's ocean direct sand.

CUC from ReefCleaners are the only critters for now. Stocking plans are Yellow Watchman Goby and Tiger Pistol shrimp, and then I think a Tailspot Blenny (hoping it'd take advantage of the barnacle shells I've got in the tank?)

Corals right now are 3 zoa varieties and a crown leather coral. Plan on adding nephthea, duncans or dendros on the island and maybe some candy cane corals. Keeping with lower light corals which will hopefully be easily managed as far as their size.

First three pics are the current tank at the different angles, and then the last one is my first lil 6.25 gal Petco arc tabk that I gave up on. I like the tank, so I may eventually turn it into another freshwater tank.

Had a cyano problem that I seem to have resolved, now there's just small bits of hair algae I can manage. It's a new tank, so it's got to go through it's stages! Patience is definitely a virtue in this hobby..

I need to get some gelf filters or something to take better photos.. at any rate, I added a duncan frag and a candy cane frag today.

Not sure if I'll be adding any more corals any time soon.. the zoas are growing out nicely, so I'm hoping my rocks eventually covered in zoas and then my leather and candy cane should be decent sized eventually? I might add a couple feather duster or gorgonians later on.
