Innovative Marine 30L EXT Anemone Tank

Bought this beauty from my LFS for my Nems, so I thought I should start a build thread to document my progress.

Not a fan of black stands so I painted it white

Not perfect but it looks good to me.


I wanted to do a bigger custom sump to give more volume and more room for equipment .

LFS came out and did the plumbing for me. I’m really happy with the finished product..


Bought 22lbs of dry rock and 30lbs of caribesea special grade wet sand and got the tank wet.

It bought it used so I’m sure there are tons of scratches. With water and light on they all disappear.

You can buff out the scratches, it is super easy to do, you just need a buffer, fast orange hand cleaner, turtle wax rubbing compound. It will look pretty close to new again lol

BTW...the orange pvc looks really good! What kind of nems are you going to put in there?
