Nice and creative. How did you attach the oak board to the side of the stand. Looks like there is some silver bracket on the top and bottom of the board.

I actually ran into your build thread right after I commented on this thread!This is what I did, it’s on my build thread.
What did you use to mount it? Are those rivets?I mounted a sheet of 1/4'' king starboard into the back of the stand to serve as a mounting point for the controllers and dosers. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't have the patience to paint a piece of wood to match.

It turned out nice! Why did you decide not to build a shelf in? I just moved my tank to the "family room" and one of my conditions for it being out there is that there can't be "fish stuff" sitting around, so everything has to be contained to the stand. I'm thinking a few shelves and some slightly smaller areas/shelves for keeping testing kits, tongs, basters, chemicals and additives etc.
