My ato seems to have a difficult time priming once it gets close to 7 gal or so and I’m having to refill it more often than not. Is this just a safety thing maybe that happens so it doesn’t run out of water or is it a manufacturing defect I wonder. Just wanted to see if anyone else who has this is experiencing the same thing and if there is a fix other than contacting the company directly. I haven’t done that yet but if I don’t get any help here I will reach out to them. Thank you in advance!!

That is the water level when it starts to have a hard time priming. I can tell by the sound.
