Innovative marine fusion pro 10 problem need help

One on my Clownfish is very small, and every night he gets sucked in to the AIO rear
Chamber! It's very difficult to get him out. Anyone have any success with poly screen material to block the water intake? Or any other suggestions are very much welcomed
