Innovative Marine or Waterbox

I’m pondering getting a bit of a bigger tank and was looking at either the IM Nuvo 10 or Waterbox 10? Pros and Cons of each to help me decide would really help me too

I have a IM20 and really like it. I feel IM includes a better return pump and lid for about the same price on their AIO.

IM for sure. WaterBox are kinda cheapy. I saw one of their 150 gallons at someone’s house the other day. Looked cheap and plain. the stand was falling apart and looked old even tho it wasn’t.

I think waterbox's are over priced simplicity.

I have never owned a Waterbox, but I do like the fit-and-finish on my IM 20-gallon. The lid is a great 'plus,' especially when you get the Neat-brand feeding port BRS sells; I installed mine at the front, centered. (All you need to cut to make it work is a hole in the screening just bigger than a postage stamp any you can feed with ease.)

Besides the better return pump and lid, the IM also comes with a media rack. The water box has the weird sock chamber which you would have to modify in order to bypass the sock and run pads or floss.

I think I will go with an Innovative Marine tank, now its to decide on a 10 gallon cube or 14 gallon penninsula

I have a WB 20 cube and it’s fine but I’ll be going with the IM 30L next.

Did anyone else snicker (at least a little) about getting a 'bigger tank' and then see it's looking for 10 gallon tanks? Well I thought it was funny.

I like the the 3/8” glass on the 25 lagoon and the 20g peninsula. I went with the 25 lagoon

I'd go with IM, between those two.

Oh e the IM 10 & 14. & 30 L. Get the 14 if Ed too stay small
