Well I can tell you it's been a project! I have an innovative marine 30l which has been a great tank! I found a great deal on a SR60 with two AI primes. Biggest issue was fringe right corner was cracked about half way through but still held water. I decided why not let's do this. The disassemble begins! First run a fail

As you can see the glass I ordered was about a quarter inch to short. Totally my fault I went off of Innovative marines website instead of measuring. So I measured myself and call the same glass shop and put in the second order. They told me they now have a wait on 10mm starphire. The wait was two weeks it hey why not. Here is the tank with the replacement glass, FYI the starphire glass I ordered was much clearer.than the low iron IM uses.

Great job!

I got busy with work and a new baby yay! Tank sat in the corner of the kitchen for a few more weeks. Finally got some time off do a water test. All was good! Now to move everything from the 30 gallon. Below is a picture of the 30 long.

Well after working until 1am the other night the SR 60 is all set up and good to go. Just waiting on a full size ghost skimmer which should be in tomorrow. I'M sent it to me at no cost since I repaired the aquarium myself.

As of today now the water has cleared up a bit more. Also added a anemone, some.more zoas and some acro. For lighting I am using a Euro version of the Hydra 52, they removed the royal blue and added more of a cooler blue light. Also using Twitter AI primes.

Using a tunze auto top off and a MP10QWD for flow. I decided to take out the stock pumps and replaced it with a jacod dcs 6000 pump. I did this because I wanted the control of the pump and the option to turn feed mode on while I am cleaning the tank instead of having to unplug it.

I also have a reactor currently running seachem gel. I am currently dosing manually but forget all the time (this guy has little to no growth on corals). I am really considering so I can start seeing some growth. I also have a custom 240 gallon starphire tank running radions but no coral growth but I know that's all me. I just trust me more than a doser. My thoughts process has always been... I would rather have corals with no growth instead killing corals with a malfunctioning doser.

Yeah they are rated for 1600 but just like you said it runs all 4 returns and you have 10 different control settings.so no need to run it at 100%
Good choice!
Well, I just bought 2 XR30 G3 Pro for my new RS Reefer 350, I am thinking about supplementing with a 48" T5 retrofit if I don't see noticeable growth on sps.

I have one radion gen 3 pro xr30 right in the center and a total of 4 radion XR15W pro's. The lay out is two Radion XR15W a radion xr30 and then two more radion xr30. I also have a retro fit towards the front running a total of 4 36" T5's. Now I can tell you with my buddies par meter it's plenty of light. I just need to either stick to a schedule where I can dose or grab a doser to feed my corals.

No updates in a few months..any new updates..also interested in the parts you used for the single return pump I wanted to do the same thing..
