Wow, Insane Corals gets an A+

Rob, Carole, and Dana delivered.

Through a mistake on their website, I ordered a Paly that was already sold. They called an gave me the option of a refund or substitution. Extremely generous with the substitues (3 for 1). I am impressed with their generosity and need to please.

Order came well packed with a bonus as well. I will be ordering again.

Sorry about the glitch with the paly... glad we could substitute some for it. We've worked out the glitch in our system, and that hopefully won't happen again ;)
