Sorry guys. I am going to have to refund your money. Ecotech has decided that I violated the MAP and revoked my dealer status. Some competitors forwarded my email with the price to them. That and apparently they received calls from people about it also. You will have your money refunded and should show with in the next 4 days. Again I am sorry for the deal getting canceled. We sold 40 units too.

Yeah everyone should boycott EcoTech and SoCal tropical!!

If you look at the big picture, EcoTech is just trying to protect their dealer base is all. Granted, it was great pricing, but think big picture.

Also, you can not place blame on SoCal Tropical for a coincidence, so I'd avoid that route of thinking.

I agree what is done is done. Everyone will get their money back. I am sorry this happened. I can't get the MP20 and Battery Backups either.

I tried to reason with Ecotech. I understand the want to protect the price point, but I didn't post a price publicly and therefore did not violate MAP, but they don't see it that way.

Again, I am sorry and you will all be getting refunds shortly. I have already started reversing charges.
