So I just got my ATI test results back and I was shocked. It’s says my Nitrates are 488.0 mg/l can that be right?
Phosphates are .o1 but until recently I was using GFO. I have been struggling with slow growth, pale color and random rtn. I had a doser mishap that dumped a ton of cal in my tank right before I took the sample. I have since done two 20% water changes to bring that down.
I’m running Activated carbon, a skimmer and yes the bio balls still because other wise the sump makes a lot of splashing noise.
