The creature on my finger is what was on the sock.
You are incorrect. sorry. the thing on my finger IS one of the two insects that were on the sock ring. I'm not sure how much more clear I can be about that. One is some.sort of beetle. The other, the pic of the creature on your finger is dried up/dead amphipod. Seen loads of them over the years and I have no doubt that is what is on your finger.
Are you looking at this on a phone? There are no amphipods pictured. I see some kind of terrestrial beetles. One is some.sort of beetle. The other, the pic of the creature on your finger is dried up/dead amphipod. Seen loads of them over the years and I have no doubt that is what is on your finger.
that is the same exact thing on it's back from the picture above. That is a beetle

Wow. After looking at it on my lap top, I totally agree. There is one pic that really looks like an amphipod though. Smh

: I say don't give in now. . . I was admiring your tenacity.
Like the kid who kept eating the onion just to prove to his Mom he was right about it being an apple:

Sorry not necessarily "the stink bug" but that's what we have called them for as long as a can remember. I believe they are the Asian beetle someone said but they stink horribly if you crush them hence the nicknameStink bug
Plenty here in WI![]()
