Getting back into the hobby.. I plan on having a 200gal with only 6 ''peaceful'' fish.

Oscellaris clownfish pair
Wheeler goby pair
Ornate leopard wrasse
Bi-color blenny

What diseases are most common among the fish listed above?
Is Ich much of an issue in a tank without tangs?
Are diseases generally only an issue in the beginning or when introducing new fish?

- Thanks

Depends on how healthy they are, if they were in quarantine before you got them. Ich is a problem with all fish. Velvet is worse. Brooklynella for the clownfish, but others can get brooks as well.
Disease is an issue if it is present. Quarantine is ran to stop disease from killing and spreading.

Not sure what else to say.
