Hello!

I recently purchased the Puratek Deluxe ro filter, which states that it comes with a faucet adapter. However, these are the items it came with, and I can see no way they add up to something I can connect to a faucet. Am I missing pieces? Is there something I can get from a store that will do the trick? Super annoyed, the manual simply skips over this step and lumps all of these items as “various connectors”

thanks!

The brass pieces look like they are for under the sink where the sink fixture ( hot/cold ) hook up.

Im not sure whats in the plastic bag

Brass is on the fresh water side . Should not be an issue unless salt water is pumped thru it.

See, this is something like I was expecting to come with the filter, and I love the sharkbite stuff. This would just screw onto the faucet like a garden hose? No concerns about using brass fittings on aquarium water?

Thanks!
No, not before the filter.

Awesome, thanks all. Still would love to know what the heck the fittings they sent were supposed to be for...I think you may be right Iapin that the one might work for undersink, I will give that a shot too.

One mystery solved - the fittings aren't totally secure with my sink plumbing because this device is made in Canada, so everything is sized to metric. I found a faucet adapter at the hardware store and we're off to the races.
