instant Rapid Ich outbreak

im trying to find the best and fastest treatment for ich ot atleast to treat to a point that the fish stay healthy to fight it off.

I have a 125 G tank with about 60G sump.

I had a small hippo tang who got super stressed from other fish picking on it and then i re aquascaped my tank and a day later more then half my fish have ich. It is a reef tank with inverts.
I just set up my UV filter , %% watt but not sure how fast i should be pumping the water through.
I also have pollyplab Medic on hand which i think i will be using atleast in the short term to halp fight this.

anyone have any proven methods for ich in a reef tank with coral and inverts?

Short answer, there is none. Only quarantine with tank transfer method or copper and time will defeat ich.

Agree with Humblefish. I had a trigger come in great and no signs of anything and then a week later at least 4 fish had ick. It was in my 210g, so I was not going fallow and all the fish made it through. Just make sure they are all eating well and no aggression and the healthy guys will come out on top. If not, get out and do the fallow tank, qt treatment, etc.
