Insurance for House

So kind of in related to aquarium discussion, but still along the lines of it... what does everyone have for insurance on their homes in the tragic event of a leak or tank breaking?? TIA!

my insurance covers damage from an aquarium but not the replacement of equipment or livestock. Regular home owners insurance. I actually had to use it a couple of weeks ago when I fell asleep with the ato refill running...

USAA here, it all depends on your policy, any riders and the "loss." Someone trip and fall, bash their head on the tank and crack it? Probably covered. Tank springs a pin hole leak because it caused the floor to settle over years and a seam failed? Probably not covered.

The insurance company has many very intelligent, highly paid people to make sure they maximize their profits and limit loss payouts.
