Interceptor /milbemycin oxime

I might be able to get my hands on the raw compound milbemycin oxime and I’m just inquiring if this is the ingredient that kills red bugs in interceptor. Long story short my friend has them in his 1400gallon tank and I’ve been searching for interceptor for him as I gave him all I have. A friend of mine is a pharmacist and could get that compound.

Will it work just the same as the interceptor tablet?
