Interested in 40 gallon AIO peninsula conversion

I'd like to set up a 40 gallon breeder for coral QT and think your AIO drop in would work well for me. I saw a post about the 20g version being shipped as a flat pack item. Is the 40g also shipped flat pack? Do I need to order acrylic cement as well?
