Interesting Question (Boxes)

I don't really know how to phrase this, but Ill give it my best shot!
Do you guys take a look at someones aquarium equipment box collection, and then get jealous? (Especially when it is high end stuff?)
I have been looking through build threads and find myself spending a whole bunch of time looking at pictures of boxes!
Second question:
Do you guys keep all your boxes and organize them?

Just wondering!

I used to keep most boxes. It started with product boxes from building PCs and servers. Then when I started this hobby I did the same. But in preparation for moving I recently broke them all down and put them in the recycle bin. Just about filled my whole recycle bin lol. I guess I justified the hording of boxes thinking "Well, it's good for when you want to sell it."

I keep my boxes by my tank, and a stash of them in tubs in the garage.
Here are the ones by my tank.

I keep my boxes just until the return period or warranty ends. Not that I have any "high end" equipment. Now I do have many boxes of misc parts, plumbing stuff, hoses, pump extras and anything that looks like I may re-use it sometime in the distant future!

I keep all boxes- even outside warranty

I do keep some boxes. I don't really know why other than if I decide to sell something such as a light, skimmer, whatever so I can box it for someone.

I keep boxes purely for the fact that, if I don't, I will lose the manual and extra parts. I tape them shut and put them in the attic. If I ever sell something, I will have the box to put it in as well. But that isn't the main reason.

High correlation between folks that organize/display empty boxes and perfectly parallel/color coordinated plumbing I’d wager LOL. I mostly don’t keep the boxes, and displaying them would just seem to me like a form of clutter .... and I hate clutter. I do keep certain boxes in the attic, mainly in case I need to send something back for repair. I don’t really sell gear anymore, all the flakes have worn me down.
