Interesting tenticle-wielding... Worm?

Not sure what this is. It is cool on one hand... But not knowing what it is concerns me. Can anyone help me with what it is and if it is harmful to keep?

My Google-fu is failing me in terms of identifying it.

I believe it is a spaghetti or hair worm. Both are a beneficial part of your clean up crew.
